We are proud to present the

Macedonian Orthodox Philanthropic Society (M.O.P.S.) of Columbus!

A small number of people within the Macedonian community have been working together to start a group to support the Dormiition of the Virgin Mary Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral in Columbus, Ohio.  The society was created to raise funds for the Cathedral through events.  We will work together with the Mashkata Uprava (Men's Organization) and Zenskata Uprava (Women's Organization)  in organizing fundraisers for the Cathedral.  Together we can all make a difference.

MISSION STATEMENT:

 The purpose of the Macedonian Orthodox Philanthropic Society of Columbus shall be to bestow services, time, and effort to support the "Dormition of the Virgin Mary" Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral.  We shall work towards this purpose by:

 1.      Working together with mutual respect and affection

2.      Organizing charitable events

3.      Bringing the Macedonian community together

If you are interested in joining our cause and would like to start attending our meetings please notify us via email.  Our Email address is MOPSofColumbus@gmail.com Everyone is welcome!  This is not a youth group, but instead a group to give back to the church and helps raise money for the church.  It is time to step up and try to keep the interest in our church alive.  There is one cause for one community and that calls for endless support.
